- Is your customer service based in India?
- RockSocial is 100% US based. All of our employees, engineers, customer service representative and social media specialists are based in the US. We do not outsource any aspect of our business to any country over seas.
- Will we be assigned an account manager?
- All RockSocial clients receive a dedicated account manager who handles the entire relationship with your company. Our dedicated account managers can be reached anytime between 9 AM - 5PM PST.
- Is there a long term contract?
- RockSocial does not utilize any long term contracts. All of our services are 100% month to month and although we rarely get cancellations, you may cancel at any time.
- Is there a Refund Policy?
- RockSocial has a 48 hour window before we begin growing your business. Any cancellation requests within that window of time will be fully refunded.
- Will you SPAM people to generate fans and followers?
- RockSocial has a NO SPAM policy. Unlike some companies that simply add irrelevant fans to Facebook and Twitter accounts, RockSocial only seeks real people specifically located in your geographic area who are interested in your type of services or have used your services before.
- Will I receive reporting on the progress?
- Every month you will receive a report of the that month's progress, listing follower counts, activity, complaints, testimonials and much more.
Your account manager will deliver your report via email and can answer all of your questions via email or phone.
- Do you handle negative reviews and complaints?
- RockSocial monitors and guards your business reputation 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We handle negative reviews and customer complaints by immediately notifying you of their occurrence and quickly responding with a message and offering that will diffuse the problem.
- Do you have a referral program?
- If you love our service, we'd love your referrals. RockSocial offers up to $200 per referral that becomes a new client.
